  3. I did not know Joe as well as others but what I did know humbled me, knowing Joe taught me that life was not about fighting to achieve but to take a deep breath, and appreciate the people and things that surround you. I will miss you Joe, so will my son as he is just starting to love fishing.

Neighbors of his for many years. The decorating of his gingerbread house every year accompanied by a hillside of wonderment! Our children grew up loving going down the hill to see the beautiful display. We still put bunnies in our front yard made by both of your parents. Our granddaughters are helping now put them into the ground every spring. We bought them at their craft show at Perinton square 30+ years ago! RIP Joe. You will be missed.

I loved visiting with Joe on daily walks. He kept me up to date on his grandchildren and was always proud and grateful for all the blessings in his life. His yard at holiday time has been loved by my children and grandchildren. I was blessed to know him.

We only moved to this area 5 years ago and immediately enjoyed his Halloween, Christmas and Easter displays. I have pictures of my granddaughters with the Halloween and Easter displays. We enjoyed talking to him about the history of the area when we took walks by his house. On nice days he’d be out either working in the yard or in his later years sitting in the sun in his chair. A very friendly and nice man. We will miss seeing and chatting with him. Very sorry for your loss.??

I feel so sad about the passing of Mr. and Mrs. Bulman, Although I didn’t know them, their friendly smiles and waves as I drove by were always a pleasure. Every year I looked forward to their outdoor decorations, especially at Christmas time. I’ll forever refer to their darling home as the “Holiday House”.
