Charles “Casey” Eldred Jr.
October 19,1977- March 4, 2022

On Friday, March 4, 2022, sadly, we lost our beloved Casey in a tragic snowmobile accident. He is survived by his children, Mason Joseph, 14, Lexi Demi, 13, his life partner Allison Wood and their son, Bryce Alexander, 5, mother, Phyllis Romano Eldred & stepfather, Kenneth J. Nau, sister, Jennifer Eldred, in-laws, Gary & Debbie Wood, Grandparents, Mickey & Joe Romano and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Eldred.

Casey was a wonderful and caring son, brother, partner, father and friend. He had the natural gift of craftsmanship and was eager to share his knowledge and skills with anyone in need.
He will be remembered for his bright smile, infectious laugh, adventurous and perfectionist nature.

Casey was a proud, dedicated and attentive father. His children were his whole world and providing for his family a top priority. His family bond and connection were strengthened by his humor, light, and unconditional love. As a bone marrow donor, he saved his sister’s life after a diagnosis of leukemia. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for his family.

At an early age, he learned the trade of carpet installation from his uncle’s Mike LaZore and Mike Eldred. He went on to spend several years traveling the world and working on cruise ships until the birth of his first son. Once home, he started his own business, Sky Installations, and maintained a successful and reputable career.

He loved the freedom of the outdoors and most enjoyed mountain biking, boating, riding his motorcycle, snowmobiling and vegetable gardening. He took great joy in sharing these passions with his children and family.

His spirit will live in our hearts forever.

    Casey”
There was never a phone call or a hug ending without “I love you, Aunt Debbie” which turn into “I love you, Deb” when you grew taller than me.

You were always a caring and thankful child, teen and man. A person with the most beautiful genuine smile and infectious laugh.

I am so proud of the man you became. You made a beautiful family and provided a wonderful home which was filled love. Everything you did was for Mason, Lexi, your love Allie and your mini man Bryce. You were a caring son, a loving brother, a respectful nephew and true friend. You were the REAL deal.

I’ve been struggling to breathe since losing you so tragically but I am finding comfort knowing you went straight to Heaven and had “Bella, Sky, Toby, Bufferooni” waiting for you.

“Casey, I will love you always, miss you forever … it’s not goodbye honey, it’s I’ll see you later ”

    Love,
    Aunt Debbie

Casey was literally the best neighbor one could possibly ask for. If we ever needed ANYTHING, he would always help us out. He was always so cool, calm and quiet with a smile that would beam for miles. My favorite memories of him was just watching him be an amazing dad to Mason, Lexi and Bryce. Watching him play basketball, soccer or catch with the kids, riding his bike with the kids, riding Bryce around the yard on all of his fun toys. It would put a smile on my face whenever I would see them all play together. We’ll help out your family and try to be the best neighbors we can be in honor of you, Casey.

My deepest sympathy to Casey’s entire family. I can’t imagine what your going through. I didn’t know Casey very well but what I did know is he loved his family deeply and would do anything for them.

His mom Phyllis is my friend and I can see where he gets his family values from.

My hope is that his family values and kind heart will be carried on through his children.

    Rest in peace Casey????

  10. Phyllis… sending you and Casey’s Family love and prayers. XO

  11. Phyllis…sincere condolences to you and to Casey’s family. XO.
