I have so many fond memories of Jim. He was often sharing historical tidbits with me when I would visit-little known facts. He always enjoyed playing the host role when I visited Nancy and Jim in Fl. He loved riding his bike while Nancy and I spent time on the golf course. Then he would meet us for dinner at the club.. And… he always enjoyed it when I brought him a piece of homemade apple pie! I will miss his smile and gentle personality. Rest In Peace, Jim.

Jim was a sweet, kind man, and my family and I were lucky to have known him. His thoughtful and bright demeanor always came with a kind word, and a genuine interest in continued learning and sharing his wealth of knowledge with others. Jim was as humble and down-to-earth as anyone I have ever known which is remarkable given his advanced intellect. His gentle spirit will be greatly missed.
