I’m going to really miss Ned’s emails. We traded jokes, heart felt items and a lot of political emails. But most of all I’m just going to miss him and knowing he is there. God Bless him and take care of him. Until we all meet again.
    XOXO

I first met Mr Turner when I was 17 years old and courting his one and only beautiful daughter in the year of 19 80. I wasn’t exactly the perfect catch Through The Eyes of a Marine or any father for matter. Nevertheless he welcomed me with open arms, and never pulled me aside and gave me”The Talk”,
    that every teenage boy dreads.

40 years later, just last year and in a weakened state ,Ned took the time to visit me at my little off grid home in Hemlock. He was a man you respected. Was it because he was a Marine? Was it because he was a tough construction worker? I think it was the gentle gaiz in his eyes and the kindness in his heart that spoke louder than any words.
My deepest regards to family and friends, Ned you will be surely missed, I’m not far behind , we’ll have that talk then. LOL , praising Jesus until then, even in our adverse times.

Ned a gentleman, a man of wit and integrity. He labored to achieve the American dream for Susan, Laura, Greg, Paul and Jeff. How apropos’ that he should take his leave on Labor Day to ultimately achieve the Heavenly dream. Outstanding memories…he was a perfectionist in whatever he put his hand to and his complete, utter delight for Susan’s warm home baked bread. Finally, he fought the good fight to remain healthy & won additional years with Susan, family and friends. Now of this we are assured Ned is in heaven with Jesus his Lord and Savior and we are blessed to have known him.. We pray for the God kind of Peace to embrace you all …we love you….Jim, Marie, James & Jennifer
