Peggy passed away peacefully on May 3rd, 2023. She reunited with her loving husband and high school sweetheart Dennis, and granddaughter Ashley.
Born on June 17th,1935 in Rochester, New York to parents Marguerite and Albert Falk. She is predeceased by her 3 siblings, Mary Kathryn, Thomas, Terrance, and foster sister Norma Williams.
Peggy attended and graduated from Our Lady of Mercy High School. While in high school Peggy enjoyed playing basketball and cultivated many lifelong friendships. Her love for the game led her to find the love of her life when she met Dennis at her backyard basketball hoop as teenagers. From there, Peggy and Dennis were married at Corpus Christi Church on October 5th, 1957. They went on to have four beautiful children Mary Beth Sadler (Roger), Timothy (Lisa Phelps), Kevin (Bethany), and Molly Vasey (Thomas).
Family meant everything to Peggy and she devoted her whole life to her four children and nine grandchildren, Bridget, Sean, Patrick, Rebecca, Amanda (Connor), Dennis, Rachael, Taylor, and youngest Ashley. Peggy never missed any special events, including everything from graduations to sports.
Peggy was the glue that held our family together, she was the keeper of information and the go-to person for guidance. Sunday night dinners were a tradition in the household to keep her children and grandchildren together growing up. Peggy made it her mission to call all her kids every night while watching her favorite team, the New York Yankees.
Peggy raised her family on Laurelton Rd, later moved to Wyndham Rd, and lastly moved to Fairport, near Eagle Vale, where she lived with her daughter Molly and son-in-law Tom. She also enjoyed many summers on Canandaigua Lake.
Please join us to celebrate her life with calling hours on Sunday, May 7th, 2023 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Keenan Funeral Home (7501 Pittsford Palmyra Rd, Fairport, NY).

Peggy and I have been friends since grammar school.. There was no one who knew her who didn’t love her. We raised our families (along with Hogan Babe) and we reconnected
