Remembering Nancy from my days as Pastoral Leader (Sr. Nancy) at Church of the Resurrection. May God bless your heart, Tom, and your whole family as you celebrate a good woman who touched so many!
Today at Mass, I had the hymnal with the dedication from Nancy and Tom Speedy for Rudy Verzuh. We pray for those who have dedications in our hymnals; it’s a Church of the Resurrection thing. Please know that you all have been and will continue to be in our prayers at Mass.
We were so sorry to read of Nancy’s passing. We will always remember her wonderful sense of humor and the delight she took in raising your girls.
So sorry for your loss Tom. May Nancy rest in peace.
Tom. So sorry to read of Nancy’s passing . Just know that you and the family are in our hearts and prayers. You both were a big part of our first years on ski patrol. We have very fond memories of those days!! Merrily and Bob
Dear Mr. speedy, This may not be totally appropriate, but I could not miss your wife’s obituary, and I am sorry for your deep loss. You were always a great guy and a wonderful teacher, and I would like to think that your wife was as terrific as you are. I did not stay at “Big Red” but came home, made peace and wound up at RIT, and 37 years at the Rochester CitySchool District. May God Bless You. With much affection, Win Ward (Webster RL Thomas)
Dear Mr. speedy, I don’t know if this is appropriate but I could not help but see Mrs. Speedy’s obituary and am sorry for your deep loss. You were always a great guy and a wonderful teacher and I am sure your wife most certainly had to be wonderful as well. I did not stay at “Big Red” but came home! Made peace and wound up at RIT and 37 years at the Rochester City School District. Win Unterborn Ward, Webster RL Thomas ‘68.
