Patricia Shupp of Ashley PA passed away Friday, September 6,2024 at the Highlands at Pittsford in Pittsford, NY.
Born October 25, 1945, Pat was the daughter of the late Zigmund May and Helen Klimovitch May. She lived most of her life in Ashley, PA until recently moving to Pittsford, NY.
Pat was a Nurse for over 40 years working in various hospitals, nursing homes and home health agencies. She had her Masters in Counseling Education and taught at local colleges as well. She loved helping others and teaching others the importance of this incredible calling.
Nothing was more important to Pat than her family and her faith. She loved to travel and had the chance to travel all over the world and always looked back fondly at that time.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, and by her beloved husband Len Shupp, sister Selina Downey, and brother Thomas May.
Surviving are her daughters; Jennifer (Shupp) Stickles and Kristen (Shupp) Mikulski, son in laws Kevin Stickles and Ricky Mikulski; grandchildren Gavin, Tenlyn and Emma; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the Lehman Family Funeral Home, 689 Hazle Ave Wilkes-Barre, PA. Friends may call from 9:30-11am followed by a catholic prayer service at 11am with Pat’s dear friend Father John S Terry presiding. Interment will follow at St Mary’s Cemetary Hanover Township.
