Webster – Born July 10, 1949-July 6, 2018. Predeceased by father Edmund Prendergast. Survived by Husband of nearly 47 years, Kenneth; children: Laura (Tony Tiengtum) Schirmuhly, Karen Schirmuhly, Kristin (Chad) West, Allyson (Gordon) Lubimir; grandchildren: Jackson, Davin, Malia; mother: Jane Prendergast; siblings: Alice Prendergast, Robert Prendergast, Paul Prendergast; extended family of in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Betty was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt and grandmother. She was an RN who worked various positions in the community; for many years was active with the Brownies and Girl Scouts; and was an avid knitter who has knitted countless hats and mittens for children in need.
No prior calling hours. Betty’s Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, July 12th, 10:00am at Holy Trinity Church (1460 Ridge Road, Webster).

So glad I introduced you two 50 years ago.. You were made for each other and clearly enjoyed a full and fabulous life together. Betty had a great wit and a wry sense of humor. She took what life offered with grace, determination and enthusiasm. She will certainly be missed but never forgotten.

Though time, distance and busy life styles have not allowed us to see each other often, ya’ll have been in our thoughts and prayers.
