Victor: Richard Eugene Maher born on March 22,1935 passed away peacefully on November 12,2018 He is survived by his wife Joyce Malone Maher of Victor, his daughters Deborah (Robert) Sweet of Victor, Linda ( John) Frasca of Canandaigua and son Timothy (Joan) Maher of Victor his sister Barbara McCombs of Victor, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren several nieces, nephews and cousins. After studying at the Eastman School of Music, he became an accomplished trumpet player with the 89th Army band. He was a draftsman at Stromberg-Carlson, working on the first Apollo space flight. Dick was an avid golfer and enjoyed being with family and friends, especially during a good meal. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Alzheimers Association. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday November 17th 2pm at the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, Pittsford,NY.
