ART,MARY & FAMILY, SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS OF ONE SO DEAR TO YOUR HEARTS. MAY FOND MEMORIES WARM YOUR HEARTS WITH HER LOVE.
A grand and awesome child of God. I am greatly blessed to have been in her family and known her unique self. Love you Carol.
Thanks for the kind words Gayle.
Art, April, Brent, and Mark….I am sooooooo sorry for your loss. The anniversary of my mom’s passing was yesterday. While everyone’s pain is different, having lost a mother it instantly makes me feel tethered to someone’s heart when I know they are living through the passing of a loved one as well. Carol was one of my favorite Aunt’s even when she would yell at me as a little kid to keep me in check! (Not that I ever needed it, I was always an Angel! And I told her so! LOL) She was one of the absolute strongest, independent woman I have EVER known…she was a rock…where ever she is now they better not mess with her, they have NO idea who they are dealing with! ; ) —All meant with the fondest of memories of her of course… Wow, her presence will be missed dearly. Eddie
Spot on Eddie. She liked to keep the grandchildren, nieces and nephews all in check. She loved them all! I remember your Mom as always being very kind and nice to me.
And thank goodness your Dad stuck with his day job and never tried to make it as a full time comedian!
Mark, thank you for remembering my mother…. not a DAY goes by I don’t think of her, she is a part of me and you will do the same with your mother. Aunt Carol will be missed so much but never forgotten…. everytime you see a beautiful moon you will think of her, Art says she loved them 😉
Art, April, Your father and mother were among the first true old-school Fairporters I met when I came to this village 13 years ago. They were open, warm, and kind in welcoming me to the community and sharing their wealth of knowledge of all things Fairport. Clearly very good woman is gone now, and a colorful light in our village is extinguished. But her legacy lives on in each of you and your siblings – the Fairport history, tradition, and values she embodied are reflected and sustained in all that you give back to your community today – and for that we are most grateful. Thank you, Carol. Well done. May you rest in peace.
Dates: Calling hours Thursday the 13th 4 to 7 and Funeral Friday the 14th 10 am

Always loved you Aunt Carol. You will be greatly missed.
I’ve known Carol since my early years at Bethlehem. She was a mighty servant of our Lord.
Yesterday I heard the song “I’ll be home for Christmas” and it warmed my heart to know that Carol is indeed “HOME” this Christmas.
This is a personal loss of family. She has been a part of my whole life. Always supportive and loving. The best of friends for my mom and dad. I am so sorry for your loss. Your sadness is ours too. Hold fast to the memories – she will always be with us. May she rest in eternal peace. Sending prayers and hugs….
Art and family I am so very sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I pray that you all find comfort in the happy memories of her during this difficult time. You will be in my prayers
Sending healing wishes to all in Fairport!
I married her brother Roger just over 6 years ago. Each time we visited Carol I learned more about this beautiful woman. She was a God fearing woman and loved to walk to church. She loved her family and was always ready to tell us something good about them. Unfortunately Roger was in the hospital at the time of her funeral. We thought of her often and were there in spirit. I am so glad I knew her. Rest peacefully Carol.
