Penfield: Passed away on Wednesday, February 27th, 2019. Predeceased by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary Lou and brothers, Robert & Paul. Survived by his children, Matt (Cheryl), Kathy (John) Seyna, Michael (Melissa), grandchildren, Michelle, Jay, Emily, Olivia, as well as many nieces, nephews & friends. James felt great pride being able to service the greater Rochester community through his career as an insurance agent with State Farm. Calling Hours will be Monday from 5-7PM at the Richard H.
