Fairport – November 22, 2019. Predeceased by her husband,
Robert E. Stewart and daughter, Ellen M. Stewart. Survived by children, Judith
(Donald) Cornwell and Sean (Tracy) Stewart; 5 grandchildren, Eric (Christina)
and Ryan Cornwell, Rachel (Bill) Eckler, Kendall and Casey Stewart; 5
great-grandchildren, Felicity, Theodore, Melody, Avett and Adeline; sister, Ann
Spitaels; many nieces and nephews. (northeastohiogastro.com)

Frances was born in Lowell, MA, grew up in Worchester, MA
where she graduated from St. Vincent’s Hospital as a registered nurse. She then
immediately joined the United States Navy Nurse Corps in WWII. After the war
ended, she resided in Boston, MA where she worked at the VA Hospital, then
married and began her family. Fran, and husband Bob, relocated to Western NY in
1955. Together they raised three children in Greece, NY. Frances returned to
nursing at the opening of Park Ridge Hospital in Greece, working there until
she retired in her 60’s.She moved to Fairport at the age of 85 to continue to
live autonomously while being close to family. There she lived a quality life
until her passing, surrounded by her loved ones. She will was greatly loved and
will be greatly missed by many friends and family members in Rochester,
Massachusetts, and beyond. The family would like to thank Dr. Robert
Agostinelli for his many years of caring service. In addition, a special thank
you is extended to Kellie, her LPN, who provided loving and quality nursing
care to Fran in the final year of her life.

at 10 AM at Church of the Resurrection, 63 Mason Rd., Fairport. In lieu of

    I am so blessed to have known this amazing woman.
