Dear Family:
Tim’s presence will be so very missed as his friends at the Bowl-A-Roll mourn his passing…..We are all in shock, as you are, but please know our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this terribly sad time…..May his memory be a blessing……
Dear Pat, James and Cheryl words cannot express how sorry and sad I feel about Tim’s passing. We have known each other for a very long time and spent many hours
at the Fairport Little League fields watching our sons play ball. We also played softball together for many years and we had some very good times. May God Bless all of you
and comfort you during this period of Tim’s passing.
Jim and family, this news ripped my heart out. In the short 4 years I got to know Tim through men’s softball, it felt so much longer. It will not be the same not having him to joke around with my wife, kids, and myself at the softball fields. He was truly one of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know.
While words will not cure the heartattack, know that we are still praying for you and your family.
I can still hear him laugh, when I would tell him he is both a gentleman and a scholar. He would jokingly respond, “who is this gentleman that I confused him with?”. It makes me smile thinking of it, hopefully you have many more smiles like this as well.
Pat, You both have meant so much to us over the years. Loved our dinners, and chats and will miss Tims jokes and smile.. God bless all of you and my prayers are sent along the way. Love,
I was a receptionist at Paychex and always looked forward to Tim coming in to pick up his payroll. He would always have a joke for us and would make us smile.
Sorry to hear about Tim. We both had a lot of great times in high school Sorry for your loss Pat
so sorry to hear about the passing of Tim Ashman. Our son Sean Reiss and Jim were pals from the 1st grade to present time. Sean loved to go to Jim’s house and he would play euchre with Jim his father Tim & Pat. Sean thought the world of the Ashman’s. Jim came over 1 time to our house in the pouring rain. Paul told Jim to put on some of Sean’s clothes I would put his wet clothes in the dryer and when Jim was ready to leave Paul would drive him home. Jim left without telling us so Paul called JJim’s father and apologized explaining what happened. We still laugh about that. Our sympathy to Pat and her family.
Pat
It has been long time since our close friendship , but today it seems like yesterday. So many good times as
young adults and young parents. We share in your loss, while remembering our very close friendship of the past.

I have only known Tim for a short time…. Met him thru a card game. Just as soon as you thought you were winning, he would yell “Euchre”. He had the best sense of dry humor. He will be missed.
My thoughts and prayerd go out to the Ashman Family. I had the pleaure of working with Tim at Bowl-A-Roll where he became a close friend and confidant. Truly honored and blessed to play a small role in Tim’s life. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him. Fly high Tim
Dear Patty, Think of you often whenever driving down rte31 or talking about the kitten we got from you that lived 18yrs! Tim’s sudden passing I’m sure has left you broken-hearted,I’m so sorry. The only words of consolation I can give you come the Lord himself,” I will comfort those who are lowly in heart.” Always,Nina
Jim and family, I was saddened to learn of the passing of your father, Tim. I remember him as a kind and loving man with a terrific sense of humor and fantastic smile. I admired his love of family and send my thoughts and prayers for comfort and peace as you celebrate the life of your father. Chris Hixon
To Tim’s family: So sorry to learn of Tim’s passing. We worked together a Marine Midland Bank back in the 1960’s. My memories of Tim are consistently positive. I hope your happy memories will offset your sense of loss. Phil Yawman
