Survived by children, Susan O’Rourke, John (Susan) Bland, Stephen (Linda Grossman) Bland; grandchildren, Mary, Matthew, Emily and Ethan; 3 great-grandchildren; half-brother, Richard Pike; niece, nephew and cousins.
