I am so sorry for your loss! Sending many thoughts and prayers your way to all of you from Cookeville! Danny was always such a kind soul. Heaven gained a beautiful person.
Danny was a remarkable friend to my husband, Brian, a second father. He never said an unkind word when I visited him. He had a keen mind and could remember everything about you. What amazed me most was how he seemed to accept all he’d gone through so patiently and he worried about others. He comforted me when Brian died and told me. God would take each of us when it was our time. He will be terribly missed. My deepest sympathy for Millie and his entire family.

Much love to you guys! XOXO
Mr Bostian loved his fishing but his real trait(as we all know) was his love of family and friends. He passed that trait on to his family. Friends for life . Love from Daniel Family!
Bostian family and friends, my deepest condolences for the loss of this extraordinary human being. One word that I think sums up Danny is “Selfless”. He did what he had to do for his family, friends, and whomever crossed his path.
Like many of you, I was fortunate to have him a part of my life from a very young age. I can clearly remember countless years/weeks/days/hours hanging out at 70 Grandview drive, the haircuts at the shop, fishing on the lake(s), and of course those epic trips to A Bay to stay on Crystal Lake. Of course, I will never forget the arguments concerning Danny’s beloved Jets and my Bills. This was one area he would not budge! No sir, No how. Nothing but respect for this level of dedication.
Danny, we will miss you my friend, I will be asking for a classic flat top when I get up there. And just for you…J.E.T.S. – Jets, Jets, Jets
Bostian’s. Family and friends my deepest condolences. I was fortunate enough to spend some time with “Mr B” and the entire clan. Fishing , having a cold one and listening. He loved all of his family and friends and I enjoyed his infectious laugh and enthusiasm. He will be missed

He will be missed by all.
Uncle Danny, Mr. Bostian, Little Buddy, the Barber…many names but all the same lovable family man know by all to have a friendly smile, noticeable laugh and a true heart. Danny served our country, owned a business, married a perfect person in Milly, raised a strong family, fished, fished and fished a little more. Among the many things Danny taught me, the most important was how to truly fish. I can hear him right now, ‘patience Jeffy’, Now he’s gone from us but I have no doubt he’s in a Namath jersey, a pole in his hand, fishing with my Mom and Dugan on the back of High Noon. Catch a big one Danny!
Danny lived life as we all should, to its fullest. He was the life of the party and could always make us laugh. God bless him and may he rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
Mitch Mike and I were sorry to hear about your dad. Mike was telling me stories about your dad how he bought his first ugly stick at your dads shop, and how your dad gave him a nickname of Tiny when he was younger. I am sure this town could fill a book about wonderful stories of your dad. We love you Mitch you and your family are in our prayers.

Peace & Loving thoughts to Millie & the boys as you carry on with out Danny’s big personality. The twinkle in his eye and quick with was a joy back in the 1970’s when the Bostian/Elliot family were in the neighborhood . I have you all in mind.God will welcome Danny and praise him for the friendship he offered to all he met. My condolences to all.Carol Snow
I am blessed to have had Mr. B in my life. A wonderful father to his kids, a loving husband to Millie and an amazing friend to so many people including me. I will miss him so much. He had a way of making people feel so comfortable, so cared about and so loved. It is a special gift he shared with everyone that we all felt, will always remember and are very grateful for. No matter the challenges he was facing, he was always positive and more concerned about others and not himself. He had a big heart, one he always shared with everyone. I am blessed to have had such an honorable man touch my life. I know he is in a place of peace and love now, just as he had in this life. My thoughts and prayers are with his loving family as they seek comfort during this incredibly difficult time.
Mitchell, thinking of you and your family. We are so sorry.

Your dads passing.I’m sure there is a big
Old Irish party going on in heaven tonight.Dan please give Dick a big
Hug from me
Sorry to hear about Dannys passing but it sounds like he had a long, wholesome life! Like I have had. My name is Ralph Ruoff. Danny and I were drafted together in the US Army in October of 1959. We went to Ft. Dix together for basic training and I lost track of him after that. He was in B barracks and I was in with the guys from NYC whose last name also started with an R. Its been a long time since I last saw Danny but, I do remember him telling me about the broken windows in his shop; because he wouldn’t stay closed on Monday? I am 84 now and have lived in Sarasota, Fl. for the last 28 years. I’ll have a drink at dinner tonight and a toast to Mr. Danny Bostian. May he rest in Peace!
