Bugay, Lucy

Lucy Bugay, wife of the late Stephen Edward Bugay, and beloved mother and grandmother, quietly passed away the morning of June 2nd, 2024. 

Lucy’s memory is honored by her son David, his wife Terri, their children; Chris, Ryley, Kyle, and Samantha, along with her daughter Barbara, and husband Nick,  and their daughter Emma (19).

Born to Margaret and Michael Borilla of Buffalo, NY, Lucy was the youngest of their children Gladys, Rose, Ann, Rocco, and Mary. Lucy graduated from Lafayette High School and began work as a radio programmer for WGR. From there she worked at J. Fruchtbaum Engineering Company where she met her beloved husband, Ed.

Her family will have a private service and her final resting place will be with her husband at White Haven Cemetery. Thank you for the love and memories, Mom. You will forever be in our hearts.
