Daniel Shawn Cafalone

Daniel was born on September 21, 1968 and passed away on July 18, 2024. Danny had a charming sense of humor and always found a way to make a joke. He was an avid fan of the Grateful Dead and he enjoyed traveling to their concerts. Daniel had a way of connecting with others and he showed a remarkable sense of memory for the details of his childhood and adult experiences. He was a good natured soul and he shared a close relationship with his parents, David and Carol Cafalone. 

Daniel is predeceased by his mother, Catherine Carol Cafalone and is survived by his son Caleb McGraw (Brittney), grandson Carter McGraw, father David,  brothers, Kevin and Brian and his nephew Reed Cafalone. 

We wish to thank his partner of thirteen years, Victoria Baker for her love and support and Michelle McGraw for her family friendship. 

The family held a private service on Tuesday, July 23 at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral home and will memorialize Daniel on his birthday with close family and friends. Thank you to all of our family and friends who have shown us an enormous amount of support.
