John Cairns passed away at home surrounded by family on December 18, 2024, at the age of 89. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Cathie; sons Stephen (Sheila), John (pre deceased by Cathy), Jim (Donna), and daughter Elaine as well as grandchildren Stacy, Julie, Jim (Mina), Emily Cairns-Cannon (Jonathan), Dylan, Austin, and Braeden.
Funeral Mass will be Monday, December 23, 9:30 AM at Assumption of Our Lady Church, 20 East Avenue, Fairport, NY 14450. Private interment to follow.
