Leo Accardo ,age 94,passed away peacefully on September 29,2020.

He is survived by his longtime friend and caregiver Robin Blakesley. He was predeseased by his parents,Joe and Carmella,brother Joe,sister Ann ,dear friends and beloved cats.

Leo was a proud 65 year member of the Laborers Local 435, where he worked as steward on many road and building projects,his last job being part of the crew that built the Clinton Square building in Rochester.

He also was a proud Army veteran,serving from 1944-1946.

In keeping with Leo’s wishes there will be no services, but memorial contributions can be made to Pet Pride Animal Shelter,7731 Victor Mendon Rd., Victor ,NY 14564.

    So, sorry to hear about Mr. A’s passing. He was a wonderful man and our family learned a great deal from him. We always enjoyed his upbeat personality and appreciated his military service.
