Born November 12, 1926 in Newark, NY. to Kamiel and Eliza (Lohman) De Bout. Elnora was a Newark High School graduate in 1942 and worked for Kodak in Rochester, NY for 5 years. She then moved to South Carolina where she owned and operated a restaurant and package store. In 1973 Elnora moved to Plantation, FL., where she owned a concrete business and then worked for the Broward County School Board, where she retired at age 67. After living in Florida for 34 years she moved back to New York State residing in the Friendly Home for the past 7 years.
A Memorial Mass will be held Friday 11:15 at Church of the Assumption, Fairport. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Egypt Rd., Fairport or to
the American Heart Association.
