Esther Coghlan, 92, passed away May 30th in Fairport, NY. She was predeceased by her parents Gertrude and Karl Lehr, brothers Harold and Carl Lehr, husband Robert Coghlan and companion for over 20 years William Harris. She is survived by her children Thomas Coghlan, Timothy (Rebecca) Coghlan and Debra (Christopher) Mathewson, grandchildren Jason (Abby) Mathewson and Lindsey (Zack) Manuel and great grandchild Everly Manuel.
Family was most important to Mom and she was happiest nurturing others and feeling needed. Mom loved to cook and sew. Her delicious potato salad and apple pie were always family favorites and only she knew her secret recipes.
Many thanks to the loving and kind staff at Elderwood Village at Fairport assisted living facility for the wonderful care she received in her final months.
All are welcome to join the family at Oakwood Cemetery on Monday, June 13th at 10:00 a.m. as we celebrate our loving and generous mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend.
