We are saddened to hear of Jeff’s passing we will always remember the Christmas parties in the basement on Booth Street
Mr. Cook was a man’s man. A true gentleman. His infectious spirit, big billowing laugh and mischievous grin when he was up to something will be remembered fondly. Every moment is a gift, and I feel blessed to have had time with Jeff. I’m so sorry for your loss, and will always think of the Cooks as family. I’m sure there’s an unlimited supply of good scotch in the stars, and Mr. Cook is the one leading the party. ❤️
My Condolences to you Tina & Kathryn I am saddened by your loss. I enjoyed the chats that I had with Jeff and I knew he was a very special person. My deepest sympathy to your family, your neighbors Don & Eileen
Tim and I met Jeff when he was working as a Pilot and lived on Long Island. Tina and I carpooled to work together. We became fast friends and Tim and I the proud Godparents of Kathryn Rae. Jeffs first words to us were “thank you “for keeping his wife company when he was away . Tina and Jeff were our first “couple” friends! We loved them so much that we ditched our own family on one Christmas Eve and still don’t hear the end of it! Jeff brought us to our first Rolling Stone Concert, made Halloweens epic as we watched him scare trick or treaters, and surprised us with two hand crafted reindeers in our driveway when coming home from family. Every time I see one on someone’s front yard it brings me back to that surprise and fills me with the spirit of Christmas! Tim and I thank YOU Jeff for so many memories! We will carry them in our hearts always!
