Macedon – Passed away suddenly Saturday, October 12, 2019 at age 76. Survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Ken; children, Michael Fiske and Dawn (Chuck) Jacobs; grandchildren, Meghan and Sean Fiske, Leah and Emma Jacobs; siblings, Donna (Vic) Holmes, Wayne (Tiffany) Traylor; Sister-in-law Mary Lou Kiltz; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Born in Joliet, IL, attended grade school at Fairmont Grade School, went to Lockport Township HS in Lockport, IL and went to work for Argonne National Labs in Willowbrook, IL. Moved to Rochester, NY when her husband went to work for Xerox Corporation in 1966.
Barbara was loved by all who knew her. She was actively involved with her children and grandchildren, they were the loves of her life. She and Ken enjoyed traveling the world. She was a longtime employee of SenDEC Corporation and Global Digital Instruments whom she considered her extended family.
Friends may call at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home (Egypt Location), 7501 Pittsford-Palmyra Road, Fairport, NY, Saturday October 19th 4-7 PM. A celebration of Barbara’s life will take place at 3 PM at Blue Heron Hills Country Club, 3411 Canandaigua Road, Macedon, NY, on Sunday October 20th.

She will be missed! Barbara was so loved and gave love to all everyday. Working with her was a pleasure.
I met Barb on our trip to Israel, Egypt,and Jordan. She was the light of the group.People like her impossible to forget.

Barb was a beautiful woman both inside and outside. Her warm smile and warm heart will sadly be missed but never forgotten.
