Geraldine (Gerry) Maloney Gamble, 89, of Fairport, NY passed into her heavenly resting place on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. She is predeceased by her parents, John Maloney and Hilda Maloney Maeder; sister, Barbara, brother-in-law, Robert Brasser and her niece, Susan Brasser Perrill.
She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Bill; children, William (June) Gamble and Kathryn (Joe) Sperino; grandchildren, Billy (Kenna) Gamble, Julia (Jackson) Hurst, Lauren Gamble (Chris Thurber), David (Mimi) Sperino and Thomas Sperino; great grandchildren, Liam Gamble and Sienna Sperino.
Gerry’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 @ 10:30 AM at Church of the Assumption, 20 East Avenue, Fairport, NY. Interment, White Haven Cemetery, 210 Marsh Rd., Pittsford, NY.
In lieu of flowers or donations, kindly consider raising a glass to Gerry, tell a good story or two and simply remember her for her robust laughter and loving heart. May her spirit live on in each of us blessed to know her.
Per her wishes, a private family celebration of life will be scheduled at a future date.

I didn’t have the honor of knowing Gerry but I do have the privilege of knowing her wonderful daughter Kathryn. My heart and prayers have been with Gerry, Kathryn, and the family. I am sad Gerry has left here but rejoice she is in heaven and her suffering is over. May God continue to be with the family, to encourage them and strengthen them, through this grieving process.
Gerry…rest in God’s arms. You were a delightful and fun lady to know. Truly don’t remember you many times without your infectious laugh and smile. Your husband will miss you physically by his side but always in his heart. My deep sympathy to your family and friends. 💔
