Deceased April 26, 2020. Georgia was born December 23, 1921 in Erie, Pennsylvania. She lived 98 great years. She attended East High School an married Joseph Gensheimer in 1947. They moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin then returned to Erie. They then moved to Pittsford, New York in 1965.
She is predeceased by her parents James and Mary Chronis, her husband Joseph, and her siblings Florence Chronis, William (Katherine) Chronis, Helen Chronis and Ethel (Robert) Kilpatrick.
She is survived by her son Richard (Mona), grandchildren Ricky ( Jennifer), Kristie (Eric) Keene and great grandchildren Addison and Austin Gensheimer and Joseph Keene.
Georgia worked at the Monroe County Water Authority for many years and retired at the age of 72. She loved entertaining and her home was always a welcome spot for friends. She assumed everyone arrived hungry. Her hobbies included bridge, gardening and shopping. Fashion was very important to her.
Georgia loved all animals. There were always pets around. Most were strays that were lucky to find her house. She donated to many animal causes. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Lollipop Farm 99 Victor Rd Fairport , NY 14450

Georgia and Joe were buried at Lakeside Cemetery in Erie Pennsylvania.
