I met Jack at Xerox Corporation where he was a credit manager in our Arlington, Virginia office and later worked with him when he was a controller in our Baltimore branch. Jack was viewed as an expert in the credit/collections area and influenced many of the policies and procedures that were implemented at Xerox Corporation to improve our business. Jack was a hard worker and was willing to do whatever it took to improve the business. Jack, may you rest in peace and thank you for your friendship over the many years that we have known each other. Blessings to your surviving family. In sympathy, Charles Kendig

Our friendship and business connection began in the early 80’s when i worked in the NE Region headquarters as the region Credit Manager. and Jack was the Group Credit manager. We spoke regularly during the week some business and some lighter discussions. e of ten talked about sharing ideas that we felt would make for a more productive field collection organization. Ultimately Jack hired me to support the NE and Western Regions from a collections Perspective. We had a strong group representing the field and we prospered. We also had a lot of fun in the process. Jack turned me loose to drive results and we did. Jack ws a good man and very supportive. We had a lot of good times running training down at Leesburg where we trained a ll new Credit Managers.
On a personal level we got a long very well which facilitated the business side of our- relationship.
We got together during retirement and share a lot of war stories and just enjoyed our- selves.
He was a good person, and he was funny. I will miss him.

    To Ann Graffman:
I just read Jack’s death announcement in the Sunday D&C (I only saw it today, June 20), as Barb and I have been out of the house for a few days including Fathers’ Day and Barb’s and my 63rd anniversary. I was deeply saddened to learn of his passing and would like to get together with you, if possible. We live near Fairport and pass your old house occassionly and think of you each time.
Please let me know your current address (if you have moved) or your phone number,
Thank you, Ann and God bless.
