Suzanne Casella Granger, age 80, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday evening March 28, 2023. After another courageous battle with cancer, previously beating it in 2006, Sue was greeted by her loved ones and dog, Shy. She is finally free of pain and at peace.
John and Lanine were thankful to have her home with them through this last battle with cancer which was long fought for over a year. They would like to extend a special thank you to her nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends who visited and made her feel loved during this time. Sue enjoyed family gatherings, bingo, dogs, hummingbirds, Cardinals, and especially angels. “You’re in the arms of the Angel, may you find some comfort here.”
Suzanne is survived by her children, John (Lanine)Casella, Dan (Sue) Casella, Jeffrey Casella, Luanne (Erik) Russell and Amanda (Jay) Padilla. Survived by 14 grandchildren, John, Melissa, Chelsea, Calin, Noel, Nick, Paul, Lexi, Jordan, Melanie, Junior, Liana, Fury and Destiny. She was also survived by many great grandchildren.
We will miss her, but she will always be in our thoughts and prayers, and we will cherish the memories.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.

Ma, I miss you so much, but I know you’re in the arms of the angels, your favorite song, and you’re free of the cancer and pain. I’m sure you’re up in heaven, wine in hand, enjoying forever in a beautiful place. Can you put in a good word for me?
I, along with so many others felt deeply sadden over the passing of Aunt Sue. Sister Gloria and I enjoyed our visits and marveled at her remarkable, loving spirit.
My sincerest sympathy and gratitude for the loveing care offered by her family.
