Frank L Graves, 73 of Skaneateles passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones on April 19, 2026. He was born in Syracuse to the late Arthur and Geraldine Graves.
Frank was predeceased his son Frank Graves II; his brothers, Sam Dumers, Terry Dumers, Michael Graves; his sister Grace Graves. He is survived by his brother, Gary(Sandra) Graves.
Frank was a very kind and loving soul who cherished being around his family. He is also survived by his longtime partner, Beth Rusch; his daughters, Maria, Jaime (William) Morgan, Jennifer (Kevin) Bell, Jessica (Chris) Chave, and Jodi Rusch (Andy Johnston); as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A private burial service will be held at the Onondaga Valley Cemetery; a celebration of life will follow at the family home.

Grandpa ik we didn’t see much of each other but I will forever remember the thanksgiving you and pops kept bragging about winning then ended up losing to the bills is something I’ll never forget I love you both and say hi to dad for me love you gramps.

We made sooooo many memories and I won’t forget one.My favorite thing about you was yr hugs,you always hugged so tight letting us know how much we were loved, i will certainly miss them.Please give lots of hugs to our loved ones up there.Ik three people that are up there with arms wide open,please hug them tight for me..I love you and will miss you always.
