Survived by loving wife, Mary J0: children, Laurie (Stan) Vonasek and Douglas (Sonia) Hazelden; step-children, David Smith, Anne (Brandon) Fox and Chris Smith; 15 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Ruth Schmitt; brother, David (Linda) Barton Hazelden; a host of loving relatives and friends. Ed was a warm and caring gentleman.
