Bob was a great friend. I enjoyed having breakfast with him at Park Place every Saturday for many years.
Bob was a great friend and mentor. I enjoyed going to breakfast with Bob on Tuesdays and Saturdays for many years even though he always insisted on leaving huge tips. Bob was always smiling and shared some great stories. Bob was one of my VA mentors and he taught me a lot through the years. He will be greatly missed. Condolences to his family during this difficult time.
So sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. Memories of the times we shared through the years will always be cherished. A special memory that comes to mind is Bob’s love of feeding birds in his yard. Bob would talk about a large woodpecker that visited his backyard often and would immediately go to the suet that was placed near the garden. Minutes after hearing about Bob’s passing I looked through my backyard window and, for the first time ever, was greeted by a beautiful woodpecker that stayed on a pole in my yard for a while before flying off into the trees with other birds. Rest peacefully Bob, you will be greatly missed.
i had the pleasure of working with Bob at the VA. He was a wonderful teacher and co-worker to all of us. His kind heart, smile and respect for all was infectious. I never did have the pleasure of meeting his family, grandkids and dog but knew them through the love he had for them.
You will be missed by the many lives you touched Bob.
I will treasure the memories.

I’m so terribly sad to read of the passing of Bob. He was a fun guy to work with during my years in Audiology & Speech Pathology. My condolences to his wife, son & grandsons.
I’m so very sorry for your loss! I loved working with Bob for many years. He always told me to “hear their story” when talking to patients or my employees . I always enjoyed our chats and he will be greatly missed!
Bob will be missed greatly! I have worked with him for several years at the VA and would always hear his stories about his crazy dog! haha He loved his grandkids and talked about them all the time. He retired several years ago from the VA, but I still receive Christmas cards from him yearly and would text occasionally. He would always ask about my son. He always had student interns with him and was such a great teacher and a wonderful person to work with. You will be VERY missed Bob!!!! Big hugs to his wife, son, grandkids, and the rest of this family! Miss you and Love you Bob!!!!!
About Bob…
I will miss a friend….
It was so amazing to meet a person for only 5 to 6 years and developed a brother-like relationship. It was like finding a tiny diamond in the sea of sand. I am so grateful and blessed….Lou
We love you and will terribly miss you Bob.

Our thoughts are with Bob’s family and friends at this sad time.
I have waited to comment on Bobalooe to try and gather my thoughts. You see, we were close friends for over 40 years and much wterhas paswsed under our bridge. God has given me a few close friends in this life – friends who will listen without comment or judgement. Bob was ne of those. My close freinds (and they are not many in number) were like lights in a darkened universe given to me by God. Now one of my lights has gone out, dimming my world ; bringing me sorrow. I loved Bobalooe and hhe will be missed.
