Mary Ann always loved to camp and hit the casino slots. It was always a huge celebration when she’d hit the jackpot. Her gardening was her highlight in the summertime. Whenever she was around her Grandchildren, she was always smiling, because as you know, they all touched her heart. Her love for everyone was so sincere. She was always making jokes and making everyone laugh. After Mary Ann’s husband passed, she moved into her daughter, Mary Kay and Gary’s house. She set up shop in her very own in-law suite connected to their house. Everyone would go in and see her whenever they would come visit. It was a treat to spend time with Mary Ann. She was always made up with jewelry and red lipstick…with no place to go. Eventually, Mary Ann moved to the Jewish home, where she spent a little over a year, making more friends and helping the staff do their job.
We were so blessed to have her as a Sister, Mother, Mother in law, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt and true friend.
We miss you already, Grandma Nana.
