LaBombard, Francis M.
Passed away peacefully on May 12, 2024, at the age of 89 at Newark Wayne Community Hospital.
Born July 23, 1934, to parents Edward and Isabelle LaBombard.
Francis is predeceased by his parents Edward & Isabelle LaBombard, his sister Agatha LaBombard, Brother. Calvin LaBombard & grandsons Spencer Knapp & Cody LaBombard.
He is survived by his wife Helena LaBombard, brothers Gerard LaBombard, Paul LaBombard, Edward jr. (Mickey) LaBombard, his children Bettyann (Mark) Askloff, David (Amy) LaBombard, Bobbie Ellen Ferguson, Grandchildren Eric (Eric) Askloff, Tyler Ferguson, Alicia (Leigh) Taylor, Cameron LaBombard, Dylan LaBombard, as well as 3 great grandchildren Tyler Ferguson, Charlotte & Emma Taylor.
Francis entered the Air-force in 1952 he served in the 6973rd support squadron serving in Germany as well as Morocco, earning the Good Conduct Medal as well as the National Defense Service Medal. He left the service in 1956.
A private family memorial will be held May 29, 2024, to celebrate his life.
