Mickie has left us with memories of a strong and compassionate woman devoted to her family, faith, and friends. She spent many years in her career as a hospital and Pediatric nurse and a lifetime unselfishly nurturing her family. She was dedicated to her husband of 53 years, 4 children, and 11 grandchildren, always ready to lend a helping hand, listening ear, or thoughtful advice. Ever vigilant and constantly thinking of others, Mickie will be missed more than words can express.

Sending love to her beautiful family…
Nicki was and is a present we give to ourselves. She was a winner a contributor and an achiever. She believed in herself, her family, friends and relatives. She’s a consummate healthcare professional who dedicated herself to the service of others. We will miss her madly.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. May she Rest In Peace.
My heart breaks for all of Mickies family including her siblings. Being her cousin I spent many summers with the O, Brien family in Rochester. My wife,Phyllis, and I took our three boys to Penfield Gardens to visit Mickey and Jerry and their four sons. We all went to see the first Stars Wars movie, which my boys remember to this day. Our hearts and prayers go out to you.
Mickie has been a dear neighbor and friend of the Adriana Villas residents for the past thirteen winters. We are all mourning her passing, and extend our deepest sympathy to Gerry and her family.
Gerry our hearts and prayers our with you and your family. Mickie was so proud of her family and was always so kind and caring when we visited. I am sure she has a special place in heaven and she is busy helping others as that was her loving nature. Stay strong and come visit soon.
Mickey will always reign in my heart as a very special kind cousin and an excellent matriarch to our family. Always a smile and a lending hand for everyone in her path. She will be missed by so many and remembered everyday.
We are so very sorry!
The first time I met Mickie we stayed up late into the night talking; she was always so easy to talk to. She immediately made me feel welcome and like a part of the family. I have so many fond memories of their visits when passing through Charlotte and of all the Magin family Christmas celebrations she and Gerry hosted in Rochester. She was smart, kind and funny and I will miss her dearly. I am grateful to have known her and have her as my “Aunt-in law.”
Hugs and prayers to Gerry, Pat, Tim, Terry and Sean.
