Michael J. Martin, originally from Fairport, NY, passed away on July 14th surrounded by love. He fought a courageous battle with cancer for the last 9 months with positivity, laughs and the love of his people. He is survived by his adored mother, Joyce Martin, his beautiful son, Michael J. “Mikey” Martin Jr., his sisters, Judy Martin Hazzard and Tracy Martin DeVries, his nephew, Jason (Heather) DeVries, great niece Sabrina DeVries and his devoted partner, Jeannine Whitaker. A celebration of his life, orchestrated by him, delivered by his cherished friends, will take place at Shadow Lake at 1850 Five Mile line Rd, Penfield NY, 14526 on Friday, July 24th. Goodbye to my “little” brother. I miss you way too much already. You lived life to the fullest and still had so much more to give. I love you!
Michael was well liked and respected at City Mattress. He was a great asset to our customers. We will all miss him dearly. Much sympathy to his family and friends.
