Pittsford: Passed on the evening of January 12th surrounded by her two sons.
Loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. With grace, she spent the last years of her life with Alzheimer’s disease. Predeceased by her loving husband of 40 years, Richard L McMaster.
Survived by sons Eric (Susan Avery), Mark. Grandson Ryan, and many cousins, nieces, nephew, and dear friends. Pat had an accomplished nursing career with many years of being an RN, then moving onto teaching nursing, and eventually opening and managing the MCH operating room as the nurse manager. Enjoyed golfing & bowling and was an Oak hill country club member for over 30 years. Avid Bills fan who loved to go to games and enjoyed hosting many Buffalo bills game day parties.
Due to the current health crisis, A small private service was held on Friday January 15th at White Haven Memorial Park. There will be a celebration of life later this year when it’s safe to gather. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the Rochester and Finger Lakes Region Alzheimer’s Association.

So very sorry to hear about your mother,I worked with her at Monroe Community Hospital Operating Room for many years.She was always a very kind person.
My deepest condolences to Eric ,Mark and families . I worked with your mother when the MCH OR closed and she became the nurse manager of the clinic. . I was happy to see her at MaryLou O’Brien’s funeral. It was an honor to work with her God Bless . Barb
so sorry to hear of your moms passing. She was a very fair person and great teacher. I cherish the years I had at MCH in the or and clinic. had coffee at her new place on Samanthas trail soon after she moved in. we were quite the family in the OR and all the Bills parties at the house. she will be missed greatly. xo
