Sacramento, CA – Formerly of Fairport, May 5, 2019 at age 55. Predeceased by father James Nix and brother Ronald James Nix. Survived by his children Samuel and Sophia Nix, their mother Maureen (Donovan) Nix, his mother Jean Nix, sisters Susan (Mark) Gee, Kathy (Michael) Griffin, Joanie (Brent) Price, brother Robert (Maria Giuseppina) Nix and many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 10:00AM at St. John of Rochester Church, 8 Wickford Way, Fairport. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to a charity of your choice.

Sam, Sophia, and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Dave was a one of a kind and will be missed. I have so many stories to share of trips that we took together. I am grateful for the time we got to spend together in this life. Sending healing prayers and comforting hugs to all.
