Fairport – April 29, 2019. Survived by daughters, Bridget O’Brien and Kathryn Mayer O’Brien; son, Thomas O’Brien; grandson, Kyler O’Brien and Kyler’s mother, Christine; several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Jane was predeceased by her wonderful husband of 55 years, David, who died in December, 2014.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, 5/7/19, 11 AM at the All Seasons Chapel in White Haven Memorial Park. Donations in her memory may be made to Hope Hall.
