  3. To Beth Flanagan Fenity and the entire Flanagan Clan: I only met Margaret one time at Beth and Tim’s Wedding many years ago, but I will always remember the fun we had and how tight knit the Flanagan clan and especially the sisters were. My sincere condolences and prayers go out to all of the extended family. I took the liberty to copy a traditional Irish bereavement poem here with the hope that it provides a bit of comfort to all who read it and mourn Margaret’s passing:

An Irish Prayer for the Departed

    Death is nothing at all
I have only slipped away to the next room.
I am I, and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other, That, we still are.
Call me by my old familiar name.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no difference into your tone.
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.
    Laugh as we always laughed
at the little jokes, we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me. Pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effect.
Without the trace of a shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same that it ever was.
    There is absolute unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you.
    For an interval.
    Somewhere. Very near.
    Just around the corner.
    All is well.
Nothing is past; nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before, only better, infinitely happier and forever we will all be one together with Christ.

    Blessings to all,
    Craig “Gus” Miller

  4. Lee and Peggy’s family- I am so sorry to hear of Peg’s passing. Although we haven’t seen each other in a while we still exchanged Christmas cards and touched base occasionally. I know she was a devoted mom, grandma and friend. Sending you all prayers and a hug. What a beautiful voice the angels have in their choir now.

  5. Lee, Taylor and Jordon,
Geoff and I are still in shock over the news of Pegs passing. You all have been in our thoughts and prayers. She always made us feel so welcome. All our halloweens spent together with your family. And all the fun times on Seneca Point Rd.
Praying time will start to heal your loss.
    Love , Kathy and Geoff

  7. A heart is not judged by how much you love, but by how much you are loved by others.
