Penfield,N.Y. Gerald Arthur Rodas ” Jerry” passed away peacefully on May 11, 2022.
He fought a hard fight with lung cancer. He left behind his loving wife of 54 years Carol Ann Rodas, his children and their spouses, Michele Wemesfelder and Dave Brooker, Shad and Maureen Tschudy ,and Mark and Kristina Rodas , 12 Grandchildren and 4 Greatgrandchildren. Jerry had 12 brothers and sisters many neices and nepwes .
He was all about his family. He was an extremely hard worker too. Worked for the Town of Perinton Highway department for 41 years would come home eat and go work at Wilberts farm plowing and other things.
He loved farm life. He was a loving father who enjoyed fishing where we all would go on a huge family adventure for a one day fishing trip ..all 20 something of us. He also liked working in wood. He made cupboards bird houses and more.

So sorry to hear of Jerry’s passing. I was born and brought up in Pumpkin Hook also and went all thru school with Jerry. He was just “one of those people” who everyone liked. God bless and prayers for his soul.

You were a good man Jerry. A regular Hank Hill I tell you what. When we came and visited you the last time, it was difficult seeing you in that state. Fuck cancer. I’m glad that you didn’t suffer long at least. May we all be so lucky. All I can say is see you on the other side. Rest in peace ya old codger. R5
