Mr. Sandle (he will always be known as Mr. Sandle to me) was my childhood neighbor when I was growing up in East Rochester. Rick (son) and I spent many hours walking back and forth to school and together afterwards. I remember Mr. Sandle was always willing to help with our “projects” no matter how “hair-brained” they were, and believe me some were way out there. He was a very clever machinist and I was always in awe of his work versus my own. People come and go in life, but my life was richer for having known him and he left a lasting impression over all these years. May he rest in peace, God Bless.
