Jennie M. Schnaus, 100 years old, passed away peacefully at home on March 30, 2024.

Jennie was born to Italian immigrant parents, Salvatore and Rosaria Rosignolo, on July 28, 1923. As a young woman she worked as a tailor at the Bonds Clothing Shop. After marrying the love of her life, Bernard Schnaus on May 3rd, 1947, she became a full time homemaker and nurturing mother to her four children. Both were members of the Church of the Annunciation and later in life, Church of the Assumption and were active in many parish activities. In their retirement, they traveled to Hawaii, Turkey, Greece, many cities in the USA, and their favorite city of Las Vegas. Jennie enjoyed social gatherings, bowling, bingo, and cheering on her beloved Yankees. The last few years, she made a homemade Italian dinner for all four of her children every Sunday capped off with a delicious dessert and card playing. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren became the highlight in her life and she made each one of them feel special.
