Frank is survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.
Frank led a full life, starting with his time in the Navy. During peace-time Frank was able to travel Europe. He cherished that time and shared many memories with family and friends. Frank with his life partner Marvin traveled to many tropical locations over the years. They both loved lounging on the beach and just enjoying life. Frank cherished time with his family above all else. Whether sharing meals, telling stories, or simply enjoying the comfort of being together, he found joy in the moments that mattered most.
A special thank you to Elizabeth Vincent and Albert Santillo for the steadfast devotion to Frank during his life and especially during the most difficult time in his life.
Frank will be remembered for his quiet strength, steady kindness, and deep devotion to family and community on Thursday April 23 1:00 pm at White Haven Memorial Park where he will be laid to rest with his life partner Marvin.

Sorry to hear about Frank it was always nice to talk to Frank RIP
Uncle Frank was always a gentle positive man. I remember going to his house when very young and eating pasta and occasionally getting a hair cut (okay it wasn’t the greatest, but not bad for an armature, lol)! The last time I visited him he told me about the navy and how he and my mother would write each other, plus other memories. God Bless!
