Victor passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019, at age 95. Survived by his loving wife, Priscilla
(Pat), son, Dick (Gigi), daughter, Julie, stepchildren, Jeffrey (Annie) and Lynette Petty, brother,
Al (Joyce) Shults, sister, Mary Shults, grandchildren, Richard, Michael, and Arwen;
great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by his parents, Edward
and Irene (Yohonn), and first wife, Marion (Stephen), son, Stephen and daughter, Karen.
Victor was born in Egypt, NY, June 23, 1924. He worked for Seneca Foods of Williamson, NY, and
Hanover Foods of PA and Guatemala. He retired as President of Alcosa Foods of Guatemala.
Victor settled in Florida where one of his favorite activities was boating on the Gulf Coast. He
will be remembered for his vibrant sense of humor and art of storytelling.
Calling hours will be on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019, from 4-6 p.m. at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home
(EGYPT LOCATION), 7501 Pittsford-Palmyra Rd., Fairport, NY 14450. Please join the family Monday,
Aug. 5, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Louis Church, 64 S. Main St., Pittsford, NY 14534 for a Mass of
Christian Burial. Burial to immediately follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,

Uncle V was a serious, but good-natured man; never frivolous, but quick to laugh, and always ready with an clever quip. We will especially miss his repartee with his brother Al, my Dad, which always brought great levity to family gatherings. We hardly knew ye, Uncle Vic!
