





Irene Silver passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026 at age 104. Predeceased by her husband Donald, her sisters Elma Least and Marion Meyers. Survived by her daughter Joan (Paul) Klobusicky. Sister Rita Kendzior and several nieces and nephews. Special “niece and nephew” Sharon (Ryan) Scherer who were her angels and provided support with their countless visits.
Irene lived a remarkable life spanning over a century. Her catholic faith and prayers were central to her life and provided her with strength and guidance throughout her many years. Her deep spirituality was a cornerstone of her character and an inspiration to those who knew her.
Irene’s long life was a testament to resilience and grace, leaving behind cherished memories for those who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be greatly missed and not forgotten. May the lord bless her and may she rest in eternal peace.

Irene was a very sweet, lovely lady. My husband and I would see her at Mass ( along with her husband – Don) .Now she is reunited with him and may their souls rest in peace with GOD our savior
We were neighbors with Irene and I can still remember when we first moved in, Irene brought us some freshly baked cookies along with a very sweet note welcoming us to the neighborhood. We will miss her.
Aunt Irene was a wonderful sweet woman with a beautiful heart. We will miss her so very much but we know that she has been reunited with the love of her life our Uncle Don. God Bless and watch over you Aunt Irene we love you.

I was saddened to see Irene had passed. She was a resident at Maplewood during the time my dad was also a resident. I would encounter her and Joan going for “walks”. Bingo, and other activities. Extending my condolences to the family.

Irene and Don were best friends with my parents for many years,fond memories of them at many get together,she was a lovely lady and very close with them,Maude and Bud Schoolmaster,so sorry for your loss
