Marilyn was a master teacher with a commanding voice. She loved her students and was mentor to many colleagues. She was friend to everyone, a great sense of humor.

Dearest Anne and family, I am so sorry to hear of you loss. Mom sounds like an amazing woman. Sending prayers for comfort and healing. PS: love the Christmas outfit.
Marilyn and I became friends in High School in the 50’s, and remained close friends from then on. She was the life of the party wherever we went and kept in touch with all of
her good friends, and even her classmates whom were not close friends. We shared many stories together, went on trips together, and in fact it was Johnny Dean that suggested George Smith Date her. We were with them that night!…Marilyn wrote great notes to many many people and encourage them with their own struggles . She will be missed by all those who knew her as I did… Rest In Peace, my good Friend…
