Ruth E. Spaulding ,88, passed away unexpectedly at home August 7, 2022. She died of natural causes. Ruth was born (April 1,1934) and raised in Frankfort, NY by her parents Joseph and Louise Onofaro along with five sisters Sarah (John), Rosie (Art), Marion (Fred) , Joann (Tom) & Gloria (Louie). She is a first generation Italian American, with her parents arriving by boat at Ellis Island. Ruth is survived by her husband Teall Spaulding, of almost 67 years, daughters Kathy (Paul) and Brenda (Jason), Joann, Mary, Carmella and Kathy. Her three sons David, Paul and a baby boy met her in heaven. Her grandchildren Kristin (Tom), Nicole, Stephen (Kendra), Emily (Josiah), and Hannah along with two great grandchildren Ian and Jemma, and a Baby Boyers on the way. were the joys of her life.  Many nieces and nephews filled her life.

She loved her family deeply and expressed it with her cooking, baking and crafting. She always remembered our favorite foods and made sure to make them whenever any of us were around.

Ruth loved to crochet and knit. Recently she’d made baby blankets and hats. Many of which she gave to her great grand babies, Ukraine Relief and local hospitals.

Ruth was and will continue to be a real blessing to her husband, children, sisters, friends, and countless others. As soon as a stranger entered her home she embraced them as family. She rejoiced in sharing her love of Jesus.  She encouraged others to open their hearts to a personal relationship with Him.

Ruth and Teall were great neighbors, loving the LORD JESUS, and sharing their relationship with HIM. She was an amazing baker and loving wife. Be at PEACE, Ruth.
