Perinton – Passed away peacefully on Friday, February 22, 2019 at age 74. Predeceased by his parents, Paul E. Stone Sr. and Jeanette St. John Stone and his brother, John D. Stone all of Tennessee. He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine (Crane) Stone; his sons, Thomas R. Stone (Kassy LaBorie-Stone) and David S. Stone; step-grandson, Wyatt LaBorie; brother, George B. Stone (Marcia); nephew, Michael Stone; niece, Katye Stone; also survived by his loving Crane and Kobilka; in-laws, their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Paul grew up in Bristol, TN and remained a fine southern gentleman and member of the Presbyterian Church. He attended 2 years of King College and earned a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Tennessee. He was a loving husband and father with family time at their country home in Wheatland at the center of his life and visiting distant family when able. He worked for 32 years as a Photographic Engineer at Eastman Kodak in Rochester, enjoying his career, expanding his photography hobby and making many life long friends. He enjoyed playing tennis for many years and continued decades of monthly poker games and McGinnity’s Restaurant lunches with friends into his retirement.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 1, 2019 5-7PM at Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home, 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Rd. Egypt Location followed by a Celebration of Life Memorial Service. Private Burial will be at White Haven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the UR Medicine Home Care Hospice or a charity of your choice.

So sorry to hear about this Tom. I only met your father a few times but he was very welcoming and had such a warm smile. I love to hear your stories about him and they will carry on.
My heart aches for you and your family in the loss of this great man. May you find peace, laughter, and comfort in your memories of time spent together, learning, growing, and loving.
