Thomas Warren Tiberio
(“Pop Pop”, “T-Bone,” “Twinkle Toes” )

Thomas Warren Tiberio, known affectionately by many nicknames that reflected his big personality and even bigger heart, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025.  Predeceased by his parents James and Beverly Riles.  Survived by wife Jan Tiberio, son Stephen Tiberio (Jennifer), daughter Kelly (Andrew) Ryck, grandchildren Sophia Walker, William Walker and Ronin Ryck, siblings Alan (Barbara) Tiberio, David Tiberio, Eileen Tiberio, Seana (Jamee) Logsdon, sister-in-law Julie (David) Kinney, and many cousins nieces and nephews.

Tom’s life was rooted in love — love for his family above all else. Married to his wife Jan for 49 wonderful years, he built a life filled with laughter, loyalty, and countless memories that will forever be treasured. His grandkids were his world, and they could always count on him for anything — whether they needed a ride, a laugh, or a perfectly timed snack. Pop Pop was their chauffeur, snack connoisseur, and biggest fan rolled into one.

He loved the simple joys of life — bird watching, good music, and cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers every Sunday. A master of trivia and self-proclaimed music expert, Tom amazed everyone with his vast knowledge of songs, artists, and obscure facts that no one else could recall. His “Twinkle Toes” nickname came from his bowling days — a lighthearted reminder of the fun, easygoing spirit that defined him.

Tom will be remembered for his humor, kindness, and unwavering devotion to the people he loved most. His legacy lives on in the laughter he inspired, the memories he created, and the family he adored.

No services will be held at this time.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to UR Medicine Hospice of Ontario-Yates Counties.
