So deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Ned. He grew up with our children and was especially close to our son Kenny. Ned was a beautiful child, always having fun, laughing, and surrounded by other kids. Our deepest condolences to Nancy, Bill and the entire Tongue Family. Love, Jean and Bruce Anderson and family.

So sorry to hear. My condolences to Bill & Nancy & the family
I never encountered Ned without leaving with a laugh and a smile. He will be deeply missed. Love and prayers to the whole family.
I am so heartbroken to see this. He was always such a great person. He was one of my brothers best friends growing up so I knew him well in school but loved running in to him as an adult whenever I did. He always had his great infectious smile and always a jokester with a great heart. I am so sorry to all his family and friends. He was way too young and such a big loss for many. I’m truly so sorry🙏🏻💙 RiP Ned. You will be greatly missed. You already are. 💙😇🌟🙏🏻
We are deeply saddened by the loss of Ned, and we cannot even begin to imagine how heartbroken you all must be. We have so many fond memories that we will keep close to our hearts always.
Hugs, love and our condolences to all of the family.

Ned was a source of hilarity for as long as I can remember. We met in junior high and were always in home room together. What a way to start every day with Ned! As funny and charming as he was to anyone in his orbit, he also cared deeply about his friends and family. He was a loyal, dependable, and kind-hearted man. I know I’m not alone in saying I had the privilege of calling Ned a friend in this life. I hope his loved ones can find some comfort in knowing he was cherished by so many people and that his memory is indelible.
Nancy and Bill..so sorry for the loss of your wonderful son..Memories are the best medicine at this time..fondly Linda Adams
My guy, Ned –
I can’t express the gratitude I feel for having had the chance to not only meet you, but to be a voice you respected and a friend. You’ve helped me so much as a counselor, I can’t even begin to explain it. In another life, we would’ve probably been best of friends. We both saw life the same. We both saw other people the same. We both loved old school hip-hop music. We also both shared a deep love for our Mothers (I met Mom today!). You’re an amazing person, even a better soul. I’m going to miss your absurdly stupid jokes and memes. From this moment forward I will forever try to make others smile and laugh, because that’s what Ned would do.
Thank you for being you and giving me a chance to help you fight the good fight…love ya to the moon and back, brother! 🫶🏻
Hey, Ned – If you’re attacked by a mob of clowns, go for the juggler!
I was looking for Mat Adams obituary only to see Ned’s recent passing. Much too young at age 50! I am so sorry to see this Nancy and Bill! My prayers are with all of you!
