Barnes, Harry E.
Fairport: March 10, 2017, at age 84. He is survived by his children, David (Paula) Barnes, Linda Jones, and their mother Andrea; step children, Carolyn Fox-Gutzmer and Bill (Abbey) Fox, and their mother Janis; grandchildren, Sam, Tim, Brian and Nicole; sisters, Patricia & Marilyn (Bill); cousin, Fred (Nancy) Goodnow; many other relatives; special friends, Rocco & Carol. Harry served his country proudly. He was an avid golfer and skier, and a highly respected business owner.

Calling hours Wednesday, 4-8 PM at Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home, 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Rd. (Egypt location). Funeral Mass Saturday, 9 AM at Church of the Assumption, Fairport. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Advent House.

Dear Barnes family. I was very sad to read about Harry’s passing. I met Harry a few years ago at the JCC–and we talked extensively about golf and skiing–which we both loved. Our plans were to play some golf together–and hopefully some skiing . We are the same age–and were proud we could still ski and golf. He was a wonderful man to talk with,and our conversations ran all over the place besides the sports that we enjoyed. He will be missed by me–and I’m sure by all that knew him. My very best to you all at this very sad time
